1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Tolmin, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you must not use our services. Tolmin reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of such changes.
2. Description of Service
Tolmin is an accounting and tax management platform that allows users to validate payment vouchers, cross-reference tax information, and manage tax declarations. Our services include processing Excel and XML files, SUNAT validation, and generating tax reports. The service is designed for accountants, accounting firms, and companies that need to manage multiple clients.
3. User Accounts
To use Tolmin, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, as well as all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. Tolmin will not be liable for losses caused by unauthorized use of your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use Tolmin only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You must not: (a) use the service for fraudulent or illegal activities; (b) attempt to access systems or data without authorization; (c) transmit viruses or malicious code; (d) interfere with the operation of the service; (e) share your account with third parties without authorization; (f) use the service to process false or fraudulent information before tax authorities.
5. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in Tolmin, including but not limited to software, design, logos, trademarks, and content, are the exclusive property of Tolmin or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service in accordance with these terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or rent any part of the service without express written authorization.
6. Limitation of Liability
Tolmin provides accounting and tax assistance tools but does not replace the professional judgment of a certified accountant. We do not guarantee that the service will be error-free or uninterrupted. In no event shall Tolmin be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption. Our maximum liability shall be limited to the amount paid for the service in the last 12 months.
7. Service Modifications
Tolmin reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time, with or without notice. We may add new features, modify existing ones, or remove features as we deem necessary. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the service.
